I am Tatiana I take pride as a Caribbean woman with ancestral roots in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and West Africa (Nigeria), my journey to self-discovery began over a decade ago.

But my story truly starts in Brooklyn NY, where I was born and shaped by the vibrant energy of being a "NY Rican."

Growing up, I witnessed the strength of my culture and the generational habits that held my community together.

I respected those traditions deeply, but I also felt a pull a knowing that more healing was possible. I longed for something tangible, something that could nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

I began with herbs and let my ancestors lead the way I practiced folk herbalism, discovering the profound power plants have to heal not just the physical body, but the soul. As I connected deeper with my ancestry, I gained a greater awareness of what my family truly needed and the truths behind unnatural remedies.
